Join TTT Guide Jules for a pause from the busy-ness and stress life often brings, and come together in a peaceful nature setting to relax and rejuvenate the heart, mind and body. Our group will gather around the campfire or in our covered space (if shelter is needed from the elements) to enjoy herbal tea and some mindful connection. Jules will open with a check in and discussion on mindfulness, then move into a couple of mindfulness invitations such as guided meditation, journaling, breath work, gentle movement, and self-healing tools. This is a time to nurture yourself and leave feeling refreshed and supported.
This in-person event ends with a guided meditation at 8pm, which will also be offered live to our Facebook followers. In-person attendees will not be visible on camera during this time, but can enjoy this guided meditation if they wish or they may leave before it begins.
Be sure to dress warmly and bring a mug for tea and other items you may need to be comfortable in an outdoor setting.
