Join us for this month's Sacred Pause, with some relaxing and restorative time in nature as we pull in energy from November’s Full Beaver Moon. Take a pause from daily stress and busy-ness and make time to release that which no longer serves you. Tapping into the full moon energy helps us to let go of what may be weighing us down, holding us back and no longer benefitting our higher selves. Our Guides will begin with a walk on our wooded trail to our designated spot in a beautiful Pine grove for this gathering (about 1/4 mile). We will start a fire and hold an opening circle to call in the four directions, offer a brief grounding meditation and enjoy wild tea. There will be time to simply be, journaling, exploring or just sitting under a towering white pine, feeling the healing energy of Mother Earth, Grandmother Moon and the trees. We will hold a fire release ceremony in which we can write down and burn what we want to let go of, sharing with the group if desired. Earth oracle cards will be available for anyone who wishes to draw one. This time will close with a circle of gratitude and walk back to our starting point.

Our Sacred Pause gatherings are a way to come together to restore our bodies, minds and hearts, helping us to connect more deeply and align with our higher selves, Mother Earth and each other. We invite participants to come with an open heart and mind. We wish to hold this sacred space in a way that feels safe and without judgement, honoring each individual's uniqueness. Ages 17+ please.
