Friends of Through the Trees
Nourish your heart, mind, and body - and help children do the same!
What is a Friends of Through the Trees Membership?
Friends of Through the Trees (TTT) make financial contributions to our organization through a monthly membership. This directly supports our Youth Nature Immersion Programs, including our Youth Scholarship Fund, making our programs more accessible to more families. As a 501(c)3 non profit organization, we are constantly balancing the rising costs of running a business and making programs affordable, supporting Maine's economic diversity as much as possible. When you become a Friend of Through the Trees, you are helping us provide children and teens in our community with meaningful experiences in nature that create peace, healing and a sense of belonging.
Friends of TTT Memberships receive free or discounted nature-based community classes - all facilitated by our Through the Trees Guides. Members also have access to a free consultation with a local Herbalist. Join in as little or as much as you'd like!

NICHOLE
Nichole has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has first hand experience as to how yoga helps to meet the challenges and demands of every day life. She sought her first certification in 2012, completing the Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher Training, in order to share yoga with others. She has since completed the Yin and Meditation Teacher Training (Sagel Urlacher 2014) and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (Bernie Clark 2018). Nichole is a homeschooling mom to her eight-year-old daughter and enjoys spending time on her paddle board and exploring outdoors.
JULES
Jules is a Guide in Youth and Adult Nature programs at TTT. For several years, Jules has been a mindfulness leader in the corporate world, teaching people how to actively listen with empathy and speak with compassion. Jules loves spending time with their five-year-old nephew and rescue dog Pepper, especially going on outdoor adventures. Currently, Jules is in a two-year training for Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification as well as Maine Guide training, and is thrilled to bring all these experiences to Through The Trees.
